Pet Passports

Pet passports are now required when travelling within the European Union, a detailed protocol is available following the link below.

Requirements for animals travelling to non EU countries vary depending on the country you are visiting and we would advise that advice is sought from Defra’s small animal export department. Often a number of tests are required and a qualifying period before travel so it is vital you allow enough time.

Rabies vaccination has to be repeated every two years to maintain protection, but more frequent vaccination may be required to comply with the visiting countries regulations.
